Do i have taste in music? I think not. Because those addictive trashy songs appear mostly in my favourite playlist. I must must must expose myself with meaningful songs. But nowadays, songs have really become meaningless, mostly because of the lyrics. As much as i love the beat to Ke$ha’s Tik Tok, the lyrics are rubbish. Aside from the fact that she sounds like a drunkard, the song is pretty epic.
The song that’s currently on replay in my itunes = My First Kiss (30H!3 feat. Ke$ha) haha oh man, 30H!3 and Ke$ha, lol the next level of trashyyy-ness.
Anyways, I’ve got to cut down on food. After PE, i just feel so hungry. I must satisfy my appetite! But i must do it, healthily. So i did some research… (omg, i researched -.- sounds so, uhm lol) and basically what i’ve found out is: Every morning for breakfast, replace cereal with APPLES. For lunch, replace fruit-flavoured drinks with PLAIN WATER or HERBAL (apple/peach) TEA. For Dinner, include SALADS to cut off the edge to your appetite. You MUST MUST MUST have breakfast, because if you eat in the morning, you satisfy your hunger almost for the whole half of a day, hence preventing you from snacking. Important;
SAY “NO!” TO THESE FOODS:
- Bread/Rolls (White flour)
- Pastas/Pizzas
- Cakes, Biscuits, Cookies
- White Rice
- Tacos/Chips
- Pastry – Pies/Tarts
- Desserts
- Candy, Sweets, Chocolates
- Commercial Cereals
- Processed Cold Meats/Sausages
- Soda, Soft Drinks, Fruit-Flavored Drinks
- Jams/Jellies
- Ice-cream
I’d try my best to avoid them, but today i just went to Island Creamery with Jocelyn and had 2 Scoops of Ice-cream (ReversO and Nutella) It was CRAZZYY GOOD. hahaha, promise it’ll be my last. Okay of course i won’t be eating less of whatever i eat, i’ll just be changing the type of food i’m eating. Oh yes, when i researched, if you want to lose weight, not only do you have to be on a healthy diet, you have to exercise 3 days a week, at least 20-30 mins each. OHMYGAWD, my lazy side is kicking in. Hahhaha I’LL TRY MY BEST!!! DETERMINATIONNNNN!!
Ohkay, there are things that are bothering me right now:
- Why do you guys have to talk about who’s Ugly?
- You, You’re weird and strange, are you trying to put up a facade? I don’t know how to tell you that.
- And you, you are so superficial, look in front, there is a girl that is way better than all your fantasy girls.
- CJC’s culture, no actually, there is NO culture AT ALL.
- My distance from God, there is a large gap right now.
- I’m so bloooody lazy!
I want to go back to you, Oh Lord.
